Meet Morgan

owner, clinican

“It’s funny the places we find ourselves in, realizing we were never so lost at all.”

Deep words from my journal 10 or so years ago, thinking that was the end of a difficult chapter. Little did I know, I was at the base of the mountain ahead. I am grateful I never stopped climbing (metaphorically and in real life) and experienced the traumas that led to my continuous healing journey. I genuinely believe my purpose is guiding and supporting others with their own mountains, hoping it is a less strenuous path and finding humor along the way.

I grew up in Minnesota lakes country and currently reside in the Fargo Moorhead area. I enjoy traveling- both solo and with others, hiking, comedy shows, weight lifting, any kind of documentary (especially murder mysteries), and spending time with my doggo Theo.

Professionally, I’ve worked in county case management across child protection, substance use, and civil commitment, and served on the Clay County Drug Court Panel. Clinically, I’ve provided individual and group counseling in outpatient and residential substance use settings and supervised a clinical staff team in a 64-bed inpatient treatment center.

I am currently a Licensed Graduate Social Worker (LGSW) and Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LADC) in the state of Minnesota and a Licensed Masters Social Worker (LMSW) in North Dakota. I am also a state board approved supervisor for LADC’s.

Meet Kassi

Administrative coordinator

I’m currently an MSW student graduating in December 2025, with a background in disability policy, community advocacy, and family support. I also hold three bachelor’s degrees and founded Midwest Family Support and Advocacy, a nonprofit that focuses on empowering families and improving access to services across Greater Minnesota and rural North Dakota.

Professionally, I’ve worked in policy, program evaluation, community engagement, and nonprofit leadership. My passion lies in creating equitable systems—especially for families navigating child welfare, education, and disability services.

I live in the Fargo-Moorhead area with my family and spend most of my time juggling school, parenting, and community work. I’m a proud bookworm, lifelong learner, and someone who always shows up—with heart, honesty, and a commitment to change.
