You’ll complete initial paperwork online and meet for your first session. This helps us identify your goals, background, and what’s been keeping you stuck, without judgment or pressure.

Step 3: Start the Work
Together we’ll create a plan that works best for you on approaching your mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual wellbeing so there is lasting change.
