Our goal is to create a space where clinicians can focus on meaningful clinical work without the overwhelm of running a practice.

The Role

We are seeking a licensed mental health clinician to join our practice in a flexible, pay-per-session role (W-2 or 1099).

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys direct client care and wants the structure, support, and referrals of a group practice without managing billing, marketing, or administrative systems.

Compensation

  • Pay-per-session model

  • Compensation varies based on licensure level, number of sessions, and W-2 vs 1099 structure

Requirements

  • Fully licensed in Minnesota and North Dakota OR actively working toward licensure with secured supervision. Supervision may be offered or paid for under certain circumstances.

  • Ability to see clients in person at least 1 day per week (Moorhead location, with future opportunities in West Fargo)

  • Strong clinical skills and ability to work independently

  • Alignment with LiveWell’s values and client-centered, trauma-informed approach

  • Professional, reliable, and collaborative
